We collect only what we need to provide the service. We don't sell your data. Your inspection reports are processed, summarized, and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you choose to save them.

When you use Rebvy, we collect:

• Account information (email, name) when you sign up
• Inspection report PDFs you upload for processing
• Usage data to improve our service (pages visited, features used)
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe

• To generate summaries from your inspection reports
• To send you the summaries and any account-related emails
• To improve our AI model (only with anonymized, aggregated data)
• To process payments and manage your subscription

We believe in minimal data retention:

• Uploaded reports are automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Generated summaries are kept until you delete them or close your account
• Account data is retained while your account is active
• You can request full data deletion at any time

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard security practices and regularly audit our systems. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and AWS with SOC 2 compliance.

We share data only with:

• OpenAI - for AI processing (subject to their data processing agreement)
• Stripe - for payment processing
• Vercel - for hosting and infrastructure

We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

We use cookies and tracking technologies to measure and optimize our advertising:

• Cookies to remember your preferences and track first-touch attribution
• Facebook Pixel for ad measurement and campaign optimization
• Google Analytics for usage analytics and conversion tracking

• Access all data we have about you
