Rebvy is an AI-powered tool that transforms home inspection reports into concise summaries. We help real estate agents quickly understand and communicate inspection findings to their clients.

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Only upload inspection reports you have permission to use
• Use the service for legitimate real estate purposes
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI

• Summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors
• We don't provide legal, construction, or real estate advice
• You're responsible for how you use and share summaries
• The original inspection report remains the authoritative document

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
• Pay-per-report credits don't expire for 12 months
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days

You retain ownership of your inspection reports and the right to use any summaries we generate. We retain ownership of the Rebvy service, technology, and brand.

By uploading reports, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating summaries.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally pause the service for maintenance or updates. We'll give advance notice when possible.

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users
• Remain unpaid after multiple reminders

You agree to indemnify and hold GoodwareLabs LLC (and its officers, directors, and employees) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of Rebvy, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebvy's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may assign this agreement (for example, in connection with a merger or sale). You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes by email to your account or by posting a notice in the product. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Rebvy. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we make available, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodwareLabs LLC regarding Rebvy and replace any prior agreements.
